It's a Hello Fresh recipe that I now buy the stuff myself for. It's they method for the rice. Have done it a good few times now and it never seems to fail. Youngest and I like a curry take away every few months as a treat and at least we can enjoy decent rice for a few pence instead of a few pounds.
