Oh how cool! My wife took up the saxophone many moons ago and then started again shortly after we got married. I bought her a budget one too, "proper" ones seem to be eye watering expensive. It did the trick though and her teacher seemed to think it was good enough to get her through the first few years of playing. She then stopped when she fell pregnant with our first daughter over 10 years ago now and has never started again. I think I may have to dig it out and give it a go!

The one thing I do know about saxophone is they can't be played quietly 😂
