I've spent a huge amount of time in and around Manchester for work but have never managed to have a decent poke about the place. I dated a young lady from that there north some years ago and recall some amazing sunny days drinking Erdinger is a lovely pavement bar somewhere in the suburbs.

It's such a shame our highstreets seem to be struggling so much these days. Yarmouth is dire with many chains (including Debenhams) leaving us in the next too distant future; it's a town of pound and charity shops. It drives me mad as the population moan about how naff the place is yet don't get off there arses to show their support!
