RE: Post-work run: Take to the fields
I saw lots of runners out today when taking a trek with Lola. One chap was making running on the beach look far too easy!

I've seen a lot of things left lying around in hedges and verges but never a golf bag. It's the kid of thing you think somebody would have noticed they were missing! It is lovely now all the wildflowers

RE: Lockdown jam - We need to spread our wings
Great job Steve and I love the idea of a summer house. For now I'd do with a new shed as ours is looking a little rickety. Love the finger picking! It may be a challenge but it sounds great.

RE: Journalling through isolation
I very much agree about pen and paper vs keyboard. I read somewhere once that pen and paper forces you to mentally engage the information.

RE: Is anybody else Folding@Home?
It's a good point you raise about power. We have a smart meter so I've been monitoring the cost to ensure it doesn't get too silly. So far it doesn't seem to be making too much different...but there again

I've not been able to hear the sea from the house these past few days so I think it has been much calmer. I hope to take a walk down there in the morning.

I’m hoping for a few rainy days as my lawn is looking terrible! Also it will probably help the seeds out as treated water from the hose just doesn’t seem to promote too much growth. I’m with you on being

Living the isolation dream here! I’ve learned that I could never be a teacher as my kids would no doubt agree. The wife is a real life actual factual teacher but is working so she can’t help. Other than

Both look delicious. The wife managed to get me some strong white flour today so I hope to bake a loaf tomorrow. Will be a white/wholemeal mix. We’ve not been able to get strong white flour for 6 weeks

I’ve seen some videos of some really cool stuff being found on the banks of the Thames (amongst the not so cool stuff). Old coins, pipes and pins - I’d love to have a poke about one day.

I've been enjoying stuff this year thanks to my folks getting me a small greenhouse for my birthday. I've got plenty to transfer to the ground in the next few weeks; probably don't have enough ground to

It looks stunning there! I'm hoping for a warm dry summer once all this is done and dusted so we can spend lots of time on the beach.

Did a cracking job to get that! I tried to get a photo of one of those hovering fly jobbies earlier in the wee had gave up. I'm sure they are camera shy. The sit there in one place until you get them in

RE: Tales of the Urban Explorer: St Andrew's Church
Always fancied living in a converted church. A few chapels around here are now occupied and many have turned out beautifully.
