Oh, I see! Steemcleaners appear to flag posts based on 2 criteria: 1) If the post contains an image which is known not to be taken by the author, without giving credit to the IP rights owner; and 2) Re-posting an article or part of one which was simply a copy and paste from some other site, without crediting the IP rights owner and/or providing a link to the source. i.e. If I post part of an article from Fox News and provide a link to the original Fox News Article, that is perfectly acceptable. If however, I post part of an article from Fox News but give no indication where I copied it from, I would be essentially claiming that I was the author, and that would be a copyright violation.
