I think there is a very big difference in using a relatively common name (StarWorld) which has been used in several different places for completely unrelated purposes, such as a TV station, a furniture company, and so on, and using someone else's "personal" ID. The name "Marky Mark" was coined and used by the well known actor, Mark Wahlberg. To take and use his "unique" name (without his permission) can in fact be easily argued that it is a form of identity theft. Don't believe me? Ask your lawyer!

In any event, I see that the value of your Steemit account is quickly falling in value, partly because of the fall in the market value of Steem, and partly because you too appear to be in a massive "power down" mode. No doubt, you too can finally see the writing on the wall, and realize that Steemit's time is quickly coming to an end, or at least the opportunity it provided to make any worthwhile amount of money is over.

Steemit may never actually go out of business, but neither will it ever become a forum that will attract a significant user base. Sure, new members join all the time, but how long do they stay? A day? a week? a month? The vast majority of Steemit members never post an article, nor do they ever comment on one. They come expecting to earn rewards from curating other articles, and when they realize that is virtually impossible to do, they quickly leave!

Steemit never had a sustainable business plan, it doesn't, and most likely never will. Sure, Steemit may try and claim that it is "unique" within the "forum" landscape, and it may very well be. But there is a reason for that. Steemit's plan did not work. It was doomed form the start. @ned knew that, which no doubt is why he eventually bailed out. Perhaps he was a great programmer, but unfortunately, like so many "great" programmers before him, he had next to zero business savvy.
