Not really! Steemit and Steem will soon cease to exist, unless of course some Steem diehards decide to create a fork. Otherwise, the existing Steemit platform will become part of the Tron system, which will result in the end of Steemit as we know it.

Becoming part of the Tron network will be great for the vast majority of Steemit members, but certainly not for Steemit's management team or its witnesses.
