I'm not so sure! As I mentioned earlier, Big Pharma has too large a vested interest in providing people with the drugs they offer. A cure for everything would mean their multi-billion dollar revenue streams would abruptly stop. It should not be too hard to imagine what those companies would do to protect such revenues.
