Yesterday, I launched an initiative to support newbies,you can check it here. It is a very simple project.

What I do is tell them to set their post rewards to 100% power up, then I set them as 3% beneficiary on all my posts. Asides that, I will help them accomplish the task of blogging everyday and if they successful blog everyday in the week, I give them 2HBI units.

Presently, I am looking forward to supporting 5 newbies this coming month (December). I have done this in the past for @tripode and her growth was massive, so I choose to continue doing it.
