“Then shall we know, if we follow on to know the Lord: his going forth is prepared as the morning; and he shall come unto us as the rain, as the latter and former rain unto the earth” (Hosea 6:3).
There was a time in Africa that malaria was a deadly disease. People died from malaria because it was incurable at the time. Later on, man discovered the cure for malaria, and today, he’s no longer afraid of it because there’s a known remedy.
Why is this possible? Simple: they’ve studied the human life and nature well enough and have discovered how it works. In the same way, you can study the Word of God and discover how things work in the spirit. You can understand the life of faith, and apply spiritual principles to your life.
As you study and meditate on the Scriptures, you discover yourself. You’ll see what you have, who you are and what you can do through the ability of the Spirit. No wonder, the Spirit of God, through the Apostle Paul, admonished us to study the Word (2 Timothy 2:15); for as you do so, you discover yourself! You discover your wealth, health, success, greatness, abilities, potentials and inheritance in Christ.
