Remember my owl project? In a previous post I showed you how I made the head. Meanwhile I made some more elements that I will soon assemble and finish my owl decor. But that will be in the next post. In this post I will show you the elements. So here is what I made so far:
The focal is a big amethyst rock. I used a pretty large nugget, about 3 inches long. I wire wrapped the stone and attached it to a long wire that will be the top part of the wings. I weaved a few wires to assemble feather design. I added some crystals to sparkle up the owl, because she is a Queen OWL.
I made the bottom part of the wings by weaving another set of wires. I will probably make a middle wing too. I also wrapped some purple beads on a string, I will use that string to connect the wings. So my Owl will have her wings open, I think you got my idea so far.
This is the tail. I will add more purple beads soon. But this is the idea, the main frame. The tail will be very ornamental. 😊
That’s it for today. Next time I will connect them and probably add some more details to make the Queen Owl quite spectacular.
