The beliefs we鈥檝e received from others (education, ancestors, friends, society) have as much power on ourselves as we allow it.
They are not ours even if it feels that they are & our work is PRESICELY to work on seeing and releasing what IS NOT individually aligned and in resonance.
Becoming who we truly are means discerning what鈥檚 ours and what isn鈥檛, and letting go of the undesired baggage ~ those things that we think are our personal wording about life, but which actually don't come from us.
