Each moment is the only one that truly counts. Never allow anyone to beat you up because of anything you may or may not have done.

Alot of what keeps people stuck in some negative story about themselves is really that tape recorder in the head replaying that same old song over and over.
And we never realise we can actually stop that tape and switch it off and play another one that reflects our highest good.
There is no obligation to replay some old tale over and over that some person or situation handed you.
You can get off that ferris ride anytime by refusing to participate.
