My garden is starting to really come to life!! Tomato plants are ripening nicely! Can't wait to try them!
Today I harvested tomatoes from my garden. There are lots of benefits of using organic tomatoes.
Most of us know that the tomatoes are the major dietary source of the antioxidant lycopene, which has been linked to many health benefits, including reduced risk of heart disease and as well as cancer.
They are also a great source of vitamin C, potassium, folate, and vitamin K. When it comes to skin care, Tomatoes🍅 have been of the most effective remedies for a clear and clean skin and also we can use in many ways. The citrus properties of Tomato 🍅act as natural tan remover. Regular use of help in reducing pigmentation and fine dark spots, and dark circles.
Tomatoes 🍅contain high contents of Potassium and Vitamin C, that transforms the fullest of skin's and brings back the glow to the skin. It has an antioxidant named lycopene, which helps fight ageing and sun damage therefore making it a great skin rejuventor. Due to its astringent properties, tomatoes help reduce excess sebum on skin's surface preventing oil build up, which reduces chances of acne and pimple greatly and many more benefits of tomatoes I'll soon share with you all.
