Sometimes you HODL(Hold for newbs who don't know) your crypto and you could sell and make profit but you hodl. It is hard but you hodl. And in minus you absolutely hodl lol. Nobody wants to sell in minus right not unless the price goes to the depths of hell.
Also if you have a crypto investment at a big plus but the BIG one hasn't arrived yet. That is my problem with one of my cryptos. There is a big announcement that should be anytime now which may make the price go up by multiple hundreds of percent certainly much more than I paid for them but some things are slowing this project down. But I have no worries. I did my homework. The people behind it are working their ass off and constantly informing the investors, coin enthusiasts etc.
If I sell now even if I am in a little plus and I miss the big one it will be a terrible feeling, a lot worse than hodl anxiety.
How do you all deal with this?
