Yesterday I almost fucked up my cars engine. I took a random drive and when I came back I felt like checking the engine. So I put up the hood, pulled out the oil stick. At first it looked like it was oiled to the top. Then I clean it and dip again and it looked the same. Only after repeating this a whole bunch od times did the stick finally show the real oil level. It was at the bottom tip of the stick ALARM.
So I grab my bottle of oil and throw over 100ml into the engine. The engine seems to run fine. It sounds a little bit better. The car seems to have more power.
I had checked the stick in the past but I think I was getting false readings. I learned a lesson. Dip and clean the stick like 4-5 times to get the real oil level.
I also checked the other liquids while I was at it and their level was normal.
The next thing I have to deal with is a clutch issue but that fucker will be expensive, clutchprice vs getting new (2nd hand) car.
