The blue van is a prisoner transport vehicle with a cage built inside.
While the arrest was happening traffic got stopped and the Saab driver smashed into the back end of the construction van.
I wanted to use steepshot for this blogpost but it would only let me add one pic so I'm guessing i'd have to make a compilation or just post one pic so to keep it simple I used Steemit.
