✴️ STAYING IN SHAPE AFTER 40+ IS HARD AS HELL! 🤦

Yeah... Yeah... I'm already hearing all your thoughts. "WTF is Charles doing another shirtless picture once again". 🤣

I mainly do these post to put myself "out there" to the world and document my fitness results.

Regardless of all the criticism that I may receive, it may influence some people to try and live a better life.

You never know, I may motivate some people to become better! HAHA 🤷‍♂️

My results in the month of July has not been so well. With all the 4th of July food, parties, and weekends in Las Vegas... I drank tons of booze and ate like shit. 😎 🤣

I'm realizing when I hit over 40+ couple years ago, I can't keep up with all the "young bucks" as much like I use too.

Drinking a bottle of booze and eating one tub of ice cream on a givin' night out goes straight to my stomach pouch! 🙇 😂

Don't get me wrong, I don't act or behave like a typical 40+ year old (boring and low energy).... I still got that young hustle and drive in me. 😬

I'm not making excuses that my old ass age is preventing me to become more fit but I just can tell, it's slightly harder these days.

Just a quick update on what I'm thinking on a Saturday Morning... I just got to push harder and be a little more discipline.

On second thought, It is a Saturday in Las Vegas.... I'll probably go out and get shit faced on the Las Vegas Strip Tonight. 😂
