I'll have to admit, its been very hard to consistency hit the gym as of late. Was it from the lack of motivation, time, or results?
Maybe its just from procrastination or being lazy... I guess it's just part of life, we all tend to do or not to do things that are best for us. I'm still trying to figure it out.
With that out of the way, I was able to get in a decent 1 hour workout in... maybe this will get me more motivated from here on out.
A mad shoutout to all those who are still workin' to become a better version of themselves everyday. Let's Go!
