What a great gravel roads I drove last few days, you just can't imagine. But let's start from beginning.
We did recce on Sunday, a week before the rally (except for shakedown which we did yesterday - Saturday).
A week before it was lot of snow and ice but it melted down because of the warm weather last week. We drove again through the special stages just before the sshak3to make a correction on the notes.
Shakedown has started but we had a strange intercome ptoblems because I couldn't hear my co-driver and he could hear me. OK, we survived that.
On Saturday evening it was a short super special stage on tarmac in the middle of the small city. It was quite fun but those tires were not good for tarmac and that's why we were sliding a lot.
But yesterday it was pure fan. Super fast gravel roads similar to the one that you can find in Scandinavia. That was a pure pleasure. We had four special stages of similar length.
We finished 14th overall and 2nd in one of the classes with lots of points for ourself and our club.
The3will be some photos and maybe onboards in the following days. I was really happy with this weekend!
