Katsuta leads WRC Rally Sweden 2026 after first full day of competition

Japanese rally star Takamoto Katsuta (Toyota) was leader at the end of Friday in Sweden proving himself that he can be at the top of WRC event. But the thing is that he needs to conclude the rally there at the finish on Sunday.

Toyota is still in the league of their own over Hyundai and M-Sport. They are in front on the first three places with Katsuta leading, Elfyn Evans 2nd and Sami Pajari 3rd.

Hyundai drivers Esapekka Lappi and Adrien Fourmaux conludes top 5. There are still two days or action so anything can happen.
