Regarding BREXIT, I think one of the purpouse for BOE may be to confiscate European country's gold. Because EU countries may have to pay duty to retrieve their gold after BREXIT. Their gold would be frozen under the vault of BOE semipermanentary due to heavy duty for higher gold price.
