I think one of the reason Hongkong irritates Chinese Authority is Hongkong is out of control of People's Bank Of China. Three types of Hongkong dollar circulate there. Printed by HSBC, Standard Chartered, and Bank Of China.
Hong kong People don't trust each of them. They are gold bugs.
