As many of you know my Dad is retired and voluntarily homeless. He lives in a mini van he converted into a mobile home and travels the United States full time. He stays mostly out west and he just loves it out there. We stay in regular contact and he uses my place as a base. I'm his secretary so to speak. I handle his mail and keep him informed as to family news and I relay news from his to the rest of the family. Every once in a while he sends me a picture and I thought some folks out there would like to see them.
He is still in Southern Arizona. He just loves it there. Beautiful landscape isn't it! It's amazing how diverse our country is.
It turns out Dad has been traveling for months now with a group of full time RV friends. I call them his tribe, LOL. They have been traveling from site to site in a caravan. Safety in numbers right? He has other friends he meets up with at certain locations at certain times. It's like clockwork. It's funny, he's more social now that he's traveling alone then when he lived in the city! Crazy.
Gotta have a fire! I don't know why this is on it's side here. It is not turned on my computer. I guess we all need neck exercises today after staring at our screens for hours.
WILD DONKEYS!
Dad captured these on his critter cam.
I'll share more as he shares with me. He is having a great time. He spent the holidays with his tribe around a camp fire. He usually goes to California next. We shall see. That's the beauty of his lifestyle. He can do whatever he wants whenever he wants.
Note: All photos were taken by my Father.
