I was a chef for many years. And on a numerous amount of occasions had to cater weddings. You would be at a sauté station and get that one unruly drunk guest that would ruin you good vibe. But you just had to smile and grin through it. I am so glad them days are long gone now. I feel for you my hospitality comrade.
