This past weekend ranked was my worst yet. I need to refocus as well and calm myself. I do not want to end up having back to back weekend ranks that are mediocre. As far as your cards being stuck that really sucks. I feel like they need to step up their customer service. It did not help the GU and IMX team being on holiday vacation. All it did was leave them with a backlog of work when they returned.
