It's impossible to predict. After the halving was supposed to happen, the price crashed I assume due to lost faith in the doubling of price. For me the coin costs too much, rather invest in XMR or Hive for the long term they have the best utility. I would assume that Hive will eventually hit over a dollar stable and it's dirt cheap right now.
