In the beginning God created the heaven and the earth.
It all starts with this one verse in Genesis. For me I think even this one verse is wrong and needs to be divided in to two separate verses. The first verse simply stating "In the beginning God. " period. By stopping there it forces one to contemplate the whole notion of God. Who is he/she? Why? For what purpose? What is the nature of time itself? As I read some time ago in the (Tao de Ching) Lao Tsu poses the question of "the way" by asking how it (the tao) can be older than God when there is nothing but God. Indeed, a good point to meditate on.
God is. Stop right there, do not pass go, do not collect $200. God is God. Ask Moses. Moses ask God. ..so when I get back to pharo and he ask who it is that sent me back whom shall I tell sent me? God says tell him "I AM THAT I AM". enough said. I am said so...
But who is this Jesus guy I keep hearing about?
Jesus is God. God in the form of flesh. He came some 2000+ years back because the law He gave Moses had become broken by the will of humans so God hooked up with Mary via the Holy Spirit and there you go, trilogy complete.
God is, father, son, and spirit.

So God created man in his own image, in the image of God created he him; male and female created he them.
Wait. Wait I said. So? So you're trying to tell me we are created to be like God? Indeed. We are, in that we have the God like power to choose and to create our own reality based upon what we speak in to existence. Remember that Jesus guy when He was walking around the planet... He spoke every miracle in to existence. He too cautioned us over and over again to be mindful of our tongue that it could produce life or death. So many people today the first words out of their mouth are "I can't " if you speak failure from the get go I guess you can't, you already confirmed it with your own mouth. Get it? I don't know, I can or I will, are much better word CHOICES. Everything in your life is a CHOICE. like it or not we all have God like power to choose our fate.
But, but... No but's about it. Read. Make your own decisions. For the love of God, don't take my word for it or the word of some guy standing behind a pulpit wearing a fish-head hat and gown preaching condemnation.

Today is Easter Sunday. I look around a see rabbits and eggs everywhere and this morning while walking the 2 miles to my church people honking their horns cursing another for waiting on an elderly woman to move so he could park. Ridiculous. Do you not understand that we are all children of the most high? Do you not get that we have the resurrection power of Christ in us as well? All we have to do is believe it to be so and speak it into existence.
