I really like this library. It is easy to use and provides lots of filters that are easy to use and not need any javascript. The creator mimics the effects instagram provides in their app and open sourced them!

Pros:

• No javascript
• 42 Filters provided and ready to use
• Just CSS based
• Open Source, so if you miss a filter, add it!
• Embed css-file and you are ready to go
• Good browser support

Cons:

• Nothing
