Splinterlanes — the three-lane battle format for your real Splinterlands collection — has been busy since launch. Real matches are being played, real card prizes are landing on-chain, and a steady stream of improvements has shipped. Here's everything new, in one place.
Match History. The new History page in the top navigation lists your finished battles — result, opponent, rating movement, and any prize you won. Any row opens the full battle replay, and replay links stay shareable with anyone, account or not.
Rematches, your way. After a Ranked match you now have two real options right on the result banner: Find Match throws you straight back into the queue, and Rematch for Stakes opens a private room with the same opponent — 1 🎟 ticket each per battle, winner rolls a prize. In the room, you can also both agree to switch to free play.
See the top prize before you queue. The Ranked tile in the lobby now shows the richest card in the prize pool right now — the actual card and what it's worth. Every Ranked win rolls for a prize.
Fairer matchmaking. Deck strength — which the matchmaker uses to pair similar Decks — is now pure card-level progress: a level-10 Common counts the same as a level-4 Legendary. A barely-levelled Legendary collection no longer outranks a fully-levelled Common one.
Pick your Practice challenge. Practice matches now come in Easy, Medium, and Hard, chosen right on the Practice tile. Easy plays loose, Hard plays a serious line — melee up front, magic in the middle, ranged in the back — and Medium sits between.
Slow Mode. Practice matches and free private rooms can double every deploy timer to 10 seconds — tick the box on the Practice tile, or both players press the button in a free room. Battles for tickets always keep the standard 5-second clock.
Your Splinterlands look travels with you. Profile avatars and titles now show on battle screens, Match History and replays. And a title carries real (if tiny) weight: in the rarest of draws — exactly equal Luck — the titled player prevails. 👑
Card art fixes. 17 of the newest Splinterlands cards (Conclave Rewards — Darkguard Hellion, Necrulencian Thief and friends) showed blank art in the Deck Builder and battles; they now display everywhere. Changing your Splinterlands avatar also shows up in Splinterlanes within about 20 minutes, no reload needed.
Lobby & Deck Builder polish. The ticket top-up form sits on its own panel and spells out that Keychain signs with your Active authority (login itself is Posting authority only). Rest your pointer on any card in the Deck Builder to see it magnified. And sharing splinterlanes.com anywhere now shows a proper preview card.
Tickets, plainly stated. Tickets are non-refundable — one reason your held balance is capped around $2 — now stated clearly in the Tutorial and on the top-up form. Automatic refunds of blocked or over-cap payments are unchanged.
The full guide, on the blog. The complete How to Play guide is pinned at the top of our blog, and the Tutorial page links straight to it. Questions and bug reports in the comments — here or there — get looked at quickly; several of the fixes above started as player reports.
