Note from Carrie: Eek! I'm a little late on this one... 🙃 I've been waiting to post a new one until we are caught up voting for the current one, but I think I'm a day behind that. Also, I appear to be on a 'double E' kick. Last week, it was the Efreet Elder and now Electric Eels! Let's do this! This is another one of my fave monsters cause of that reach ability. I love it. LOVE. And blast at level 5 makes these creatures of the deep quite terrifying. What say you? Is this a good monster, a bad monster, or the best monster? When and where?
