Conclave Arcana introduces eleven brand-new abilitiesβeach one a game-changer. These bold, strategic tools open up entirely new ways to play, counter, and dominate the arena. Painforge: +1 power when damaged by Poisoned or Burning or hit by an ally.
Reckless: Each successful attack also deals 1 damage to adjacent allied units.
Bloodline Tribute: When defeated, all allied units of the same bloodline gain +1 health, speed, and armor and +1 power to each shared attack type.
Resurgence: Self-resurrects once per battle with 100% health and armor. All magic debuffs are removed, and all magic buffs are reapplied. Skips turn. Deals 1 physical damage to all units.
Shapeshift: Treated as all bloodlines.
Final Rest: Allied and enemy abilities that trigger on defeat cannot activate.
Reveal: Each round applies Revealed to a Camouflaged enemy unit. Revealed units can be targeted by direct attacks.
Relentless Strike: Attacks deal true damage. +1 damage if the target has Void, Shield, or Forcefield.
Bloodline Dominion: You can summon any unit of the same bloodline as this archon, regardless of element.
Empower: While not revealed, this unit and adjacent units gain +1 Power.
Last Word: Provides immunity to Final Rest (allied and enemy abilities that trigger on defeat cannot activate).

Conclave Arcana comes with THREE brand-new pack typesβall sold in the in-game shop and available for trade on Hive Engine.
Weβve designed Starter packs as an accessible and affordable entry point for new and returning players alike. Each pack costs only 1,000 DEC or $1 in Credits and contains 5 cards from the Conclave Arcana set: One guaranteed Rare card per pack. Starter packs will only contain Regular Foil Common and Rare cards, so you canβt use potions with them.
As a bonus, every $10 Spellbook purchase will include five Starter packs, with the company purchasing these directly from the DAO and sharing 50% of the revenue from each sale.
Starter packs will remain available until the release of the next major set to ensure new players have access to discounted packs.
Standard packs return at a cost of 4,000 DEC or $4 in Credits, offering a mix of 5 cards from the Conclave Arcana set. The odds by rarity and foil of each card in the pack are shown below. The odds remain the same as in previous sets. One card from each pack is guaranteed to be Rare or better.
Legendary Potions double your chances of pulling Epic or Legendary cards, while Alchemy Potions double your chances of pulling Gold Foils.
Alchemy packs cost 12,000 DEC or $12 in Credits. Their card rarity and Gold Foil distribution is the same as standard packs, except they contain one guaranteed Gold Foil.*NOTE: if a Black Foil is pulled, then it will override and replace the guaranteed Gold Foil.

Weβll add nine additional cards to the Conclave Arcana set over time, including six player-designed Legendary archon cards. These will be distributed via the Conflicts system introduced with the Rebellion set.

The total collection power of the Conclave Arcana cards in a Mage Wagon, combined with its staked packs, determines its Contribution per hour.
Conclave Arcana packs will contribute the following when you stake them in Mage Wagons:
Additionally, you can stake Rebellion cards (Core, Promo, and unlocked Reward cards) and Rebellion Standard packs on Mage Wagons. All Rebellion-based assets will give 50% of the Contribution of Conclave Arcana assets.
Players using Rebellion Mage Wagons will need to upgrade them to participate in Conclave Arcana Conflicts. Then, after each Conflict, youβll need to repair your Mage Wagons before you can use them in the next Conflict.
Upgrade and repair costs are TBD. All tokens spent on them will be burned, making Conflicts a meaningful token sink to maintain the long-term sustainability of the Splinterlands economy.
The team is also exploring the use of land resources and other tokens as repair materials. Stay tuned!
With the launch of Conclave Arcana, the Modern Format will update to Rebellion and Conclave Arcana. All Chaos Legion cardsβincluding core, Riftwatchers, Promo, and Reward cardsβwill rotate to Wild only.
Weβll continue to support older cards via brawls, land, and tournaments and will actively explore additional ways to maintain long-term utility for legacy sets.
Conclave Arcana is more than a new setβitβs a whole new era, with a ton of new packs, foils, cards, and abilities. Youβll see the bloodline of every character in the gameβold and newβdisplayed on your cards.
