I’ve used their app a lot and have had little to no issues. Not sure if you know but your videos are found under the “my account” in the drop down on the top left. Videos ready to have text edited then post are under the “rocket ship” looking icon.
Do you use discord? I just saw that yesterday their server was down but now it is back up. Maybe it works now???
