It takes some patients to get it lined up but works pretty well.
It was eating some sort of blackbird or crow. I guess the bald eagle's patients ran out. I have a couple shaky videos that I took and you can see the Eagle plucking the feathers out.
When I got into the trade 16years ago I was told, "In 10 years the whole country is gonna be in need of lineman" Well here we are and yes lineman are needed everywhere. As a matter of fact all trades are in need of workers. I did my apprenticeship in California working for Pacific Gas and Electric. In my mind if you want some of the best training and get a good rounded apprenticeship. From Pulling services to houses to hanging under a helicopter working on the 500,000 volt lines. Best experience you can get. He can also check the NWPPA website for apprentice openings _ https://www.nwppa.org/job-dashboard/jobs/
