Basket of 15 Cryptos as of //2023
The basket increased by around $350 this week. Both SOL and LINK are destroying it and have both been mooning for weeks already. I rebalanced the basket only 3 weeks ago and already SOL has claimed a 8.5% allocation of the basket when its set to be 6.25%. LINK is 4.1% of the basket and its set to be 3% so both have outperformed the rest of the basket by over 35%.
We have 15 tokens split over 5 tiers of weight. You can see this is the above table label under "target allocation" that SOL is in the 3rd tier but is worth more than all the 2 tokens, hahaha.
A small increase in value this week, up 0.01 HIVE from last week. It's not much growth but pretty impressive considering HIVE has increased by 4.3% over the past week. Can we make it 3 weeks in a row next week?
The basket is worth 210 more HIVE than last week so we take a win and hope we get the same result next week (and every week). We're sitting at a total of over 1500 HIVE in paper profits but still on halfway to our all-time high. We'll get there again, we just need the bull market to start 馃
Round Up
Crypto recent pump has now stretched into its second week and our basket is doing amazingly well. Everything was up this week and as said above, SOL and LINK are killing it. There is word that LINK could be an ETH killer 馃槻
In other news, I was looking into something for the trust wallet, the wallet we keep our basket on and came across a subreddit about it. I scanned to see what people were chatting about and to my horror, most of the blogs were about how they get scammed and funds from their wallet are missing. I understand people are more likely to write a blog to complain about something but it's scarying reading. It's hard to find a wallet that will let us hold all 15 of our tokens, plus have a swap/convert, plus not be a rip-off, plus of course and most importantly be secure and safe. Maybe i should stop reading FUD
We are officially 25% done with this project and we're only 9% up. I did have higher hopes but the game is not over yet and i'd take a guess and say most of our gains will be made in the last 6 months from the start of 2025.
