at this point in time, it might be safe to say, that we are NOT in a bear market. Since BTC touched the 30K support at the end of July it is on the rise, has broken 40K in early August and recently made it above 45K. Is there a new ATH on the horizon in August? News from the regulators are targeting ETH much more severe than BTC it seems, but crypto as a whole is under regulatory pressure. Is this the environment to form new ATH? Let's speculate about the short term price development, as we do each week and give me your guesses in the comment section.

• if there are two tips equally near to the winning value, the one that is given earlier is the winning one
