Self Reflection to Society Rules

I dont understand my identity at all. Sometimes, it base to society rules, it centered to people that i want me to be accepted, to be loved and appreciated. I knew to my self I’m just a peace of shit I’m just a trash. I knew I could be better, I just need to embrace myself as a work in progress.
