Happy Sunday to you all...
Sundays literally are always great days marked out for resting after the week's hectic activities.
A great day to have a good retreat on our lives...
A great day to look back on ourselves and really check how far we have gone...
A great day to reassess our lives to know how close we are to our creator, our Lord, Jesus Christ.
Every Sunday we hear the word of God and not just on Sundays alone but literally at every place we go all through the week, in one way or the other we get to hear the word of God.
It has gotten to the extent that hearing isn't the challenge anymore, but, the big question remains, How Much Of Those Words We Put Into Practice?
Action speaks louder than voice they say and it's also very much applicable in our Christian life.
As a Christian, one of the fastest ways to convert an unbeliever will be through your actions more than what you proclaim.
The world has far transcended above just hearing words, but, now looks beyond what those lips profess (what you as a person actually do)
As a Christian, do people really derive joy doing businesses with you?
Can people use your life as an example to young ones?
When truth is needed in a case you witnessed, can you be called upon because they know you are that one person who will never call a Black bird a White goat?
These are the type of Christians we should aspire to be... Practical Christians
Matthew 7:21 will always say;
Not everyone who says to me, ‘Lord, Lord,’ will enter the kingdom of heaven, but only the one who does the will of my Father who is in heaven.
Most times we fall and it seems like we will never rise again and it is in these difficult moments that we opt to do things that we won't be proud of.... Some things we won't be happy giving account of in front of our Creator.
We pursue the earthly possessions so much that we sometimes forget about our spiritual growth.
Which account would you love to give on the last day?
Rapture is a mystery to most if not all of us, myself inclusive , but then, there is no need dying in argument as to whether it is true or not because there is really no harm in doing good, you will reap the fruit of the good deeds you did here on earth and will still be raptured if it comes because of your good deeds.
Therefore, there is no reason, absolutely no reason Not To Remain Rapturable even as you go about your daily activities in life.
Thanks for reading and have a great week ahead 👍
