South Of The Border is a nice little “theme park” you can go to that sits right on the border of North and South Carolina.
They have all kinds of activities and shops and are even well known for selling large fireworks. A lot of people head to SOTB for fireworks because you cannot buy them in North Carolina.
There is also a large tall sombrero statue that has an elevator in it so that you can actually go up and walk around and see the view!
