I agree with all your points. We should strive for equal opportunity. We should strive to remove bias both for and against. Both of these are difficult to fully achieve, as there are so many influences all around us.

We need to understand what we really want and what we can realistically achieve. Then pursue whatever that might be. This applies to both men and women.
