I think the book smart people become so accustomed to being served up information that they lack the need to solve unique problems or search for answers outside the paradigm they are told is correct.

My biggest issues with existing systems is that they are focused on teaching a rigid content that relies on students memorizing information just to regurgitate in an exam. Real life skills are often neglected

I think the strategy being used by Governments is quite simple. Limit everything to just 2 ways of thinking and then control the direction. This limits any real opposition. People need to take the time
