The rain has been strange here as well. Several days we had very short shower bursts and it was fine for a short while and then raining again.

I live in Northern Ireland. It is cooler than most of England. This is most noticeable in the summer. This year, July has been miserable all across the UK. June was much warmer.

Maybe August will be brighter.
