I must warn you upfront. To get rich is not easy. It requieres a great deal of time, commitment and sacrifice. And for all of you sceptics, yes it really works. This pattern has been proven many times over and over through history.I am sharing this because I have nothing to lose if you incorporate these steps in your life, on the contrary, it may only help improve our community.
Everyone can become rich. There is no exceptions. Your education, age or nationality really doesn't matter. The sad truth is not everyone will become rich, but only because those who fail will focus on the wrong things.
These few steps are demanding but if you follow them it will be worth all your troubles.

STEP 1: Make time
This is a prerequisite for all others. You must have strong will to break the enchandet cycle you live in right now. Many people nowdays live a life of work-home routine everyday. Things are not going to get better if you don't pay attention to things that truly matter. Now couple of tips and tricks how to achieve this:
- Don't bring your work home, at least not too often.
- Plan your free time in a way that you do activities you really enjoy.
- Join a sport club, or a choir or a book reading club, whatever you like. Socialize with people, there you will experience an interchange of ideas, thoughts and maybe emotions.
STEP 2 : Improve yourself
Improve yourself in every possible way. Read more, become more knowledgable and then your interaction with people will be deeper, more complex and more meaningfull.
Contemplate on your flaws and try to correct them. In my case I work really hard on patience.
And everyone should be sincere in what they do. Everyone around you will realize if you keep your fingers crossed.
STEP 3: Pay attention
It sounds easy but we usually don't give people all the attention they deserve.
We judge who to pay attention to based on their position in an organization or social status. By stereotyping people we can miss out a great deal of positive experiences.
And also we take some people for granted like our parents or our siblings. This is maybe the worse crime of them all.
STEP 4: Invest
Investments my not always pay of, but those that do will make it all worth your while. Invest your time, your emotions, your skills. Show that you care.
You are part of the community. It makes sense to invest into the community, because you and people around can only benefit from it.
Wealth is calculated by the number of souls you touched. Follow these steps and you will surely influence someone and in the process you will enrich yourself.

Extra tip: Be naughty from time to time. Let loose. Go out for a drink or two, prank someone and flirt a little bit. These small gestures can get you a long way.
