Investigue sobre la máscara y debe usarse con precaución, no se recomienda para personas embarazadas ni aquellas que tengas problemas de tiroides, además su uso no puede exceder de 3 días a la semana, más de dos colores a la vez ni exceder los 30 minutos por sesión.

La información está algo dividida y en algunas partes leí que no se podía exceder de 15 min. prefiero quedarme con este límite de tiempo y usarla dos veces a la semana.

La máscara tiene 7 luces diferentes para distintos problemas según las necesidades de las personas que explico a continuación:
Luz roja: es una de las que voy a usar siempre porque es antiedad, ya que ayuda a reducir las arrugas.
Luz verde: dicen que elimina manchas, pero lo más seguro es que las difumine. Quiero que funcione, pero soy escéptica 😄 esta también será una de mis luces favoritas.
Luz azul: es para el acné, también debería usar esta luz porque sigo padeciendo de acné a pesar de mi edad.
Luz amarilla: activa el colágeno, tiene efecto tensor o lifting.
Luz violeta: es cicatrizante y ayuda a borrar las cicatrices del acné.
Algunas tienen luz blanca, naranja, celeste y varían según la empresa productora.
