Una venezolana explicando su cultura
Hola Hola
Sean felices.

A Venezuelan explaining her culture
Hello hello
I hope you are well, first of all I want to say that I come from a city in eastern Venezuela that is in the State of Sucre, called Cumaná, here we are very spontaneous so we greet with a kiss and hug the first one we meet walking through our city, even if we don't know it.
I was raised with various cultures from different countries, since on my mother's side there is European blood, but the most beautiful thing I have is my oriental culture from Venezuela.
Where I live is a fishing village, where we have the sea in the middle of the city and we are not deceived when buying fish, where people only wear clothes in good condition "to go out" and the most used ones, they also use to go out. They mean that when they want to dress presentable, they put on their best or newest clothes.
Here, the average woman always has well-groomed hair, if she dyes it, it must be perfectly colored, her clothes, as I mentioned, are in very good condition and clean, she takes care of herself to have a slim figure, shiny sandals, her fingernails hands and feet in perfect condition and painted in a strong color.
When men speak, they are not understood because they speak quickly and with many profanities, and use fillers to make a negative or positive reference to the comment they are going to make. For his part, the man only "dresses to go out" (that is, with new clothes) when he goes to a party, the rest he puts on the first thing he gets in the closet. Usually, the wives of these men advise them on how to dress and often influence it for the better.
Here in Cumaná 7 days a week, fresh fish is eaten, if the fish has red eyes, it is not fresh and they say "That was brought by Columbus" in reference to Christopher Columbus, who was the one who discovered the American continent. In relation to that, they say that Cumaná is the first city of the American continent, but very few people know that.
My city is one of the places with the most tourism during vacation times or simply if you want to take a swim at the beach. Usually the ones who go to the beach the least, we are the ones who live here and I don't know why. For me it is a matter of organization, because we like the beach. We just never go, at least not at home.
I can say that this is only one part of my city, I would like to write more, I will, but in future posts, I want you to know who our poets are and how to clean a fish, show it the sunsets and the Manzanares River that it crosses the city. The murals, the dances and songs that are very beautiful.
Until here I write for today.
Be happy.
