The stakes are now high for me, given that I have reached the semifinals and all I have left is just a single match, and my team (France) becomes the 2026 World Cup winner on eFootball. Honestly, playing this game has got me thinking about which team I should be supporting in the real World Cup tournament now that the competition has reached a super important point: the round of 16 (knockout stage). I was leaning towards Portugal because of Cristiano Ronaldo, but at this point, coupled with how good I have gotten at using France as my team, I guess I have to support France all the way.
