Monument. From one grateful people, to another people. Highly symbolic. You can see why. You can see from afar what it is, who created it, why it was created.
That's even a nice performance, I'd say.
There are probably similar monuments in all large, at least regional cities in the country. I've seen a few of these already. Although I have not seen this one in the capital, there is certainly one. I passed by them by chance, they are not located in the real center, they are a little more to the side, distant, as if lonely, gathered so much burden, but also so much gratitude in themselves.
