I was surprised to learn that US banks are still heavily relying on manual processes for compliance, despite growing investments in automation.
The study shows many see tech as crucial, but it’s not yet widely adopted. Even though automation is recognized as essential, progress seems slow.
I guess banks are stuck balancing tradition with innovation, but I’m hopeful the trend toward tech adoption will continue.
