Totally and fully 200% agree with you! Man, is it refreshing to see that I'm not alone thinking that !
If I am to reflect on it (which I can't stop doing) I'd say that's it's the curse of decentralization: in a decentralized setting decisions are made by majority consensus. So if you have 10 devs, 1 marketing guy and 1 strategic thinker around the table and they are at odds concerning the strategic priorities, guess whose opinion will prevail ?
We need strong, uncontested leadership in this community, a "Vitalik of Hive" and we lack it so far.
