While the Tuskegee experiment is an unfortunate lapse in judgment by the medical research community, it is more of an exception, rather than institutional policy. Repeating false claims against the Gates Foundation does not make such defamation facts. If the Gates Foundation is so evil, then how is it the foundation continues to operate in India without any Indian government sanction? Many of the supposed claims against the HPV vaccine was found to be unrelated to the vaccine. The supposed claims against the tetanus vaccine by a few paranoid physicians in Kenya was found to be unsubstantiated, and likely to have been caused by an error in interpretation of data.
Spreading rumors and misinformation only serves to harm the impoverished and marginalised by hampering the good works performed by charity foundations. Those malcontents who actively spread tabloid rumors and misinformation, thereby preventing those who will benefit the most from the generosity of the Gates Foundation, are no different from those who conducted the Tuskegee experiment; they both deny lifesaving medical interventions, except at least the experimenters at Tuskegee furthered the advance of science, while the conspiracy malcontents advance nothing.
